Project Overview

While working as a Product Designer on the eCommerce team at Zoom, I dived into a diverse range of captivating projects. My primary goal was enhancing the total online purchasing journey for the slew of products available on Zoom's website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience at every turn. I handled the complexities of these projects, transforming challenging designs into smooth experiences, while remaining mindful of those ever-present edge cases.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams including PMs and developers to design and ship small and large-scale features on multiple touch points, such as desktop, web, and mobile platforms. Beyond the everyday, I had the exciting opportunity to contribute to the rollout of new offerings and features such as alternative payment methods, Zoom Events, and Zoom Whiteboard Plus, each one offering its own set of challenges and opportunities for learning.
